In a move to strengthen its legal strategy and manage risks, Novolex, a leading manufacturer of diverse packaging products, has appointed Daniel L. Rikard as their new General Counsel. With this appointment, Rikard will oversee the company’s legal matters and lead the legal organization.
Experience and Expertise:
Rikard brings over 30 years of experience in corporate internal and outside counsel roles to the table. He joins Novolex from The LYCRA Company, where he served as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to that, he was General Counsel at Polymer Group, Inc. and also founded a boutique business law firm. He holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Pennsylvania.
