Tina Hultkvist, the current Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board of the Volvo Group, has announced her resignation. With 25 years of experience at the company, Hultkvist served as CFO since March 2022.

Acting CFO Named

Jan Ytterberg, previously the CFO and member of the Executive Board, will step in as acting CFO. Ytterberg currently serves as a senior advisor for the Volvo Group.

Resignation Effective Immediately

Hultkvist will leave her role with immediate effect but will be available to the company during 2023 if needed. The process of finding a successor has been initiated.
